ABSTRACT
Linburg-Comstock syndrome (LCS) is a congenital anatomical variation characterized by an anomalous connection between the flexor pollicis longus (FPL) and flexor digitorum profundus (FDP) tendons. Though often asymptomatic, this anomaly can present with pain, cramping, and restricted hand movements, particularly during fine motor tasks. This literature review aims to review current knowledge regarding the anatomy, incidence, pathophysiology, clinical presentation, diagnostic modalities, and management strategies for LCS.
